1. License Grant – Permission to Use Willro

• Access the Willro app, website, and services on your personal devices.
• Post reviews, ratings, and experiences in compliance with our guidelines.
• Use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are not allowed to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of Willro’s software.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or bypass our security features.
• Resell, rent, or lease your account or access rights.

This section ensures that you are free to use Willro responsibly while protecting our platform against misuse.

2. User Responsibilities – How You Must Use Willro

• Accurate Information: Provide correct details during registration. Do not use fake names, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity.
• Account Security: Keep your password safe. You are responsible for all actions under your account. If someone misuses your account, Willro may treat it as your responsibility until you notify us.
• Lawful Behavior: You must follow local, national, and international laws while using Willro. Do not use the app for any illegal or harmful activity.
• Respectful Conduct: Interact with other users respectfully. Reviews should be honest, fair, and free from harmful intent.

By following these rules, you help maintain Willro as a trusted review and community platform.

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

Willro is built on trust. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against harmful, illegal, or offensive behavior.

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) material in any form.
• Content promoting or glorifying violence, terrorism, or hate groups.
• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or threats against individuals or groups.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, politics, gender, disability, or other protected traits.
• Pornographic, obscene, excessively violent, or shocking material.
• Spam, scams, phishing attempts, or malware links.
• Fake or misleading reviews designed to damage or unfairly promote businesses.

Enforcement Actions:

• Immediate removal of objectionable content.
• Permanent suspension or banning of abusive accounts.
• Reporting of severe violations (e.g., CSAE, threats of violence) to law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations.
• Blocking repeated offenders from rejoining the platform.

This makes it clear that Willro is a safe, abuse-free environment.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property – Who Owns What

• All software, features, designs, and branding in Willro are owned by us or licensed to us.
• You are not granted ownership of any part of Willro by using the app.
• The name “Willro,” our logo, and brand assets are protected by trademark law.
• Reviews and content you post remain your intellectual property, but by posting them, you give Willro permission to display, share, and manage them.

This protects our brand while respecting your rights as a user.

5. Termination of Use – When We Can Remove Your Account

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to Willro if you:

• Violate this Agreement or our community guidelines.
• Post harmful, objectionable, or abusive content.
• Use Willro for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.
• Harm the experience or safety of other users.

Effects of Termination:

• You will lose access to your profile, reviews, and data.
• You will not be allowed to create a new account.
• In extreme cases (e.g., CSAE), your information may be shared with legal authorities.

This ensures that offenders cannot repeatedly misuse Willro.

6. Privacy and Data Protection – How We Handle Your Information

• We collect only the data needed to provide services (like account details, reviews, and usage activity).
• Your personal data is never sold to advertisers or third parties.
• We use encryption and security measures to protect your information.
• In cases of legal obligation (e.g., CSAE, criminal investigation), we may share data with relevant authorities.

This keeps Willro transparent and compliant with global data protection standards.

7. Updates and Changes – Improvements to Willro and Terms

• Willro is constantly improving with new features, bug fixes, and design updates.
• We may update this Agreement to reflect new laws, policies, or safety rules.
• If we make significant changes, we will notify users. Continued use of Willro means you accept the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability – What We Are Not Responsible For

• Willro is not responsible for the content posted by users. Reviews and ratings are the responsibility of the individuals who post them.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
• If damages occur, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for using Willro (if any).

9. Indemnification – Taking Responsibility for Your Actions

You agree to protect and defend Willro against any claims, damages, or losses that result from your misuse of the platform, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of another user’s rights.
